TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The book remains the property of the seller until payment has been received.
- Any book damaged in the post will be replaced if and only if the damaged book is returned to the seller.
- If a purchaser wishes to have the book(s) returned because they were under a misapprehension as to the nature of the book the purchaser’s money will be returned if and only if the book(s) is/are returned to the seller.
- Refunds will only be paid for undamaged books.
- Paragraphs 3 and 4 above only apply where the goods are returned 14 days after the sale, save where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regs 2000 (as amended) provides a longer period.
- Where possible the book will be dispatched on the same day as the purchase. The seller seeks to ensure books are received within 48 hours of purchase. The periods in this paragraph do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
- To the extent that seller is lawfully able to do so the seller excludes his liability for any claims, losses and/or damages of any nature resulting from:
a) the use or the inability to use the seller’s web site,
b) the use of the information contained in the book, Banks on Sentence.
- To the extent that the seller is lawfully able to do so the seller will not be liable for any claims, losses and/or damages of any nature resulting from use of any of seller’s information made by any party that is not a purchaser.
- Where an order is received there is no obligation for the seller to provide the book until payment has been received.
- The seller is aware of his responsibilities under the various Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations.
- The seller reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice. However the price will not be altered without 28 days notice to comply with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regs 2000 Reg. 7 (a) viii.
