PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION


  1. The seller operates a strict data protection policy. No personal details received from purchasers will be sold or given to any third party. The data is retained in very secure conditions, the details of which will only be revealed to anyone who satisfies the seller of their bona fides. None of that information will be given over the telephone.
  2. No credit card details are retained. All application forms are shredded after a period of seven days as the seller does not consider it appropriate to retain credit card details.
  3. There is no obligation on purchasers to reveal either e-mail addresses or telephone numbers.
  4. All the rules about Data protection will be complied with.
  5. Where a purchaser buys a book on the web, Banks on Sentence never knows the credit/debit card details.
